8 years ago I went to Peat's bite on the beautiful Hawksbury river for an anniversary celebration. I was blown away by the amazing food and breathtaking scenery at this stunning location which can only be reached by boat or sea plane.
Imagine how delighted I was when I was asked by James and Lauren to be the celebrant at their wedding in March. The weather was perfect and the location was like paradise.
